Proposal for the Integrated Digital Communication and Advertising Service

Please find attached our proposal for the Integrated Digital Communication and Advertising Service, including Google Ads, MyUrbi Ads, SITE INTERATTIVO, and Spot Interattivo.
€ 500 per month for Google Ads advertising + € 500 per month for the CLIPEA Integrated Service.
The advertising budget is paid directly to Google, only once the campaigns are activated, while the CLIPEA monthly fee includes the development of a multilingual website and Spot Interattivo, promotion on MyUrbi, Google Ads campaign management, monitoring, and reporting.
The service also includes a domain name, hosting, SSL certificate, five email accounts, and technical maintenance, with no additional upfront costs for developing the website and Interactive Spot.

The contract has a minimum term of 12 months, with automatic annual renewal and monthly invoicing of the CLIPEA service fee in advance, starting from acceptance of the proposal.
This proposal remains valid until 14/11/2026.
